GM☀ To stave off summer fatigue, I eat umeboshi plums made by my mother. They are made the old-fashioned way, using only salt and plums, so they are really salty, but this helps them to be preserved, and I can still eat umeboshi plums from 10 years ago. https://instagr.am/p/C9N6GAHBTEp/
